The Microsoft Endpoint Manager team is looking for a customer-focused Product Manager to help us build out the future of management focused on Windows manageability, and commercial end-user experiences. This role is about helping define the vision for the future through deep customer and partner connections; it’s about driving development across different teams at Microsoft and even across different companies to organize engineering efforts around that vision, assuring that organizations, IT professionals, and end-users are delighted, productive and secure working from anywhere, backed by key Microsoft services like MEM.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager in MEM you will be a key part of our team delivering key features, designing the future, and empowering our customers – IT and end-users alike, working with engineering teams to design and release solutions and services so that IT can always assure productive and secure experiences for their users, and work with key teams across Microsoft and even companies outside of Microsoft to deliver value. You will be part of a strong team of product managers, executing on key MEM strategies and consistently and intentionally fostering a culture of growth mindset, diversity and inclusion across the team.
Qualifications
Skills and requirements that are essential for this role
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science or Quantitative fields.
- 6+ years of program/product management experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage
- Product-development experience with Unified Endpoint Management products is an added advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to build products to delight customers.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining cross-team relationships and collaboration.
- Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building SaaS products at scale
- Experience with Windows, iOS, Mac, and Android manageability in all phases of lifecycle
- Experience working with commercial customers and a deep understanding of technology management requirements and lifecycles in that space
