How to Avoid Salmonella

In early February 2012, the Center for Disease Control, the federally funded disease prevention and control organization based in Atlanta Georgia, announced an outbreak of Salmonella poisoning concentrated in the New England states area of the United States. This outbreak, Salmonella Typhimurim strand to be exact, infected more than 20 people from various states in the Northeast and its origin has been traced back to raw ground beef purchases at a local supermarket chain. It seems as though the outbreak has been isolated in within this area of the country, but all consumers need to know the warning signs of Salmonella poisoning in the event they become ill after consuming food or beverages. If you experience any combination of the following symptoms, you should monitor yourself closely:  stomach spasms, spike a temperature, blood in stools, severe headache, and most notable is an  upset stomach/vomiting.

Most of those situations have been rectified with office capabilities afforded companies through the use of telecommunications.

Zoning laws as they relate to commercial real estate

People who are exploring property or land purchase options available to them for future commercial business use, must first do their due diligence to learn if the property or land they are interested in is indeed zoned for commercial purposes. Also, just because a piece of property or land is zoned commercial, does not necessarily mean that any and all types of business can be carried out on said property. Many times, there are types of or acceptable use restraints put on commercial properties as well as building placement and size restrictions to follow. All of these codes coincide with the local and state Commercial Zoning Laws and must be strictly followed in the event you decide you want to operate a business from the property.

As we grew older, we were looking to replace our childhood home memories with memories of our own. Knowing that the purchase of a home is probably the single most costly investment one can make in their future, it is wise to enter into the home purchasing arena with the help of a real estate lawyer. Do not make the mistake that many so often do when they assume that the best way to purchase a home is with the assistance of a licensed real estate agent.
