About the job
- To efficiently drive business workshops
- Review functional specification document and solutions implementation
- Business Requirement Project Manager,
- Program Manager Business Process Knowledge – Finance, HR, Delivery Mergers & Acquisitions Stability, Reasonable Communication.
The ideal candidate should possess: Domain experience in any of following areas / End user (having worked in any of these departments)
o HR IT
o Project Administration
o HCM Consulting
o Hire to Retire Process
o Post-Merger / Acquisition Systems &,
o Process Integration Management
• Candidate should have worked for at least 7 – 15 years in one (or more) of the above areas either as an end user or as a functional consultant
• Strong Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and document the requirements
• Project Management skills with the ability to organize, plan and priorities, adaptable, open to change and continuously seeking opportunities to improve systems, processes and methods.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Candidates having UI / UX experience will be preferred
• Result oriented and on time reporting & analysis to meet end user expectations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (e.g. Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience on Mobile app / technologies preferable Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive corporate operations and process engineering needs across all functional domains (Finance, WPC, et al).
• Assisting with the identification and production of reports to improve business processes
• Collaborating with Data managers/owners representing the Business Units to validate data and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare Business Requirement Specifications and Drive implementation projects.
• Collaborate with the business teams to gather and define detailed requirements.
• Drives business alignment and change management as per new process and applications.
