Telecommunications in the workforce
The world of telecommunications has opened up many new avenues for both employers and employees. In the past, nine to five days spent in the office where mandatory with the only days spent at home being holidays, sick days, or vacation days. When out of the office on those sick days or vacation days, many employees found themselves spending a portion of the day on the telephone taking care of problems that came up in the office. Most of those situations have been rectified with office capabilities afforded companies through the use of telecommunications.
